Luo Ruiqing (1906-1978)
Minister of Public Security. Chief of Staff of PLA. Denounced in 1965 by Lin Biao and forced to commit suicide by jumping out of a building. He survived but broke his leg, and would be carried in a basket to his struggle meeting during the Cultural Revolution. His case was reversed in 1977.
